Chiffon cake with white chocolate buttercream filling and icing colored blue to match the wedding colors. The scrollwork was done in milk chocolate buttercream. Each tier was divided by icing pearls.
The bride opted not to have a cake topper, instead, a large monogram and piped on the top cake tier with the couple's new last name initial, M. The monogram matched the swirly scrollwork design of the rest of the cake.
