cake with vanilla buttercream filling and icing. Both tiers covered in
blue colored marshmallow fondant and decorated with a band of red
fondant at the base of each cake. Blue, green, and yellow circles
fondant numbers and clocks complete the overall look of the piece. A
star border on the bottom cake with some red colored vanilla icing, and
a blue fondant rope at the bottom of the top tier tie the whole look
together.
