I’m an Athens, Georgia native, and serve areas of Clarke and surrounding counties.  My passion is to design and create exquisite wedding and event cakes.  With your input and my expertise, we can bring the cake of your dreams to life!  I am Wilton certified and have studied under Nicholas Lodge as well as taken various other cake decorating specialized courses.
My cake and buttercream icing ingredients are all natural and delicious. I can make any design you prefer in buttercream or delicious marshmallow or chocolate flavored homemade fondant. 

 
Company history
Based in Athens, GA and started in September 2006, Classic City Confections began from the love of designing and creating celebratory cakes for friends and family. Soon, the news spread and I have been creating cakes ever since by referral only.

The cake Classic City Confections made for my wedding was amazing! The toasted coconut frosting was to die for and I am still telling people about it 2 years later!

I absolutely loved working with Ashley. She created the most beautiful cake for our wedding, and it turned out to be even lovelier and better tasting than I'd hoped for. Several of the other vendors at our wedding commented that they'd never seen so much cake eaten at any wedding they'd ever worked! Ashley is incredibly professional and personable. I definitely recommend her!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you so much for Briana's cake. It was the most awesome cake ever!!! I do not like cake , but I ate 2 pieces because it was so delicious. It was perfect in every way. The gentleman that was helping us with the party is a designated world class chef...he travels the world just to cook and eat and said that he has  never had such a wonderful cake anywhere, ever.  You are truly great at what you do!
