Georgia Pride 

The groom was a graduate from the University of Georgia, and wanted something special at his wedding to represent that.

Devil's food cake with caramel and coconut filling.  Chocolate buttercream icing and then a chocolate ganache was poured over the top and sides and covered with toasted coconut and flanked with the University of Georgia "G" made from royal icing.
