A trio of Chai flavored cheesecakes. They had a very spicy, distinctive taste that the bride really enjoyed. The Chai cheesecakes were covered with a ginger flavored buttercream that complemented the Gingersnap crust of the cakes well.
The outsides of the cakes were decorated with a swirl pattern that the bride chose and garnished each cake with mint, roses and daisies that matched the bride's bouquet.
